As previously announced on March 17, 2021, the Company will be operating 1,515 Bitcoin mining rigs under a profit-share mining partnership with Bit Digital Inc.(“Bit Digital”) (NASDAQ: BTBT), a Nasdaq Stock Exchange-listed bitcoin mining company. Link is pleased to announce the arrival and installation of the machines are currently underway and will be fully operational on or around April 5, 2021.
With the addition of these miners, Link will now have over 350 PH/s through various power purchase agreements, hosting contracts, profit-share arrangements, and Bitcoin miners owned by Link.
